2. About ORBE Allende

ORBE Allende is an emerging nonprofit initiative based in Alberta, Canada. It is working toward incorporation and charitable registration and is not yet a registered charity. Programs described on this website are being developed; their availability depends on organizational development, funding, eligibility and applicable professional regulations.

The website, podcasts, workshops and resources provide general information for education and awareness. They are not legal, immigration, financial, cybersecurity, mental-health or other professional advice, and using them does not create a lawyer–client, consultant–client or other professional relationship. The ORBE Allende name, logo, slogan, text, graphics, podcast materials and website design are owned by ORBE Allende or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial use with proper credit and a link to the original page. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

6. Information you send us

If you send us ideas, suggestions or materials (for example, a podcast topic or workshop proposal), you confirm you have the right to share them, and you allow us to use them to develop ORBE Allende’s activities, with credit where appropriate. Do not send confidential or sensitive personal documents.

We may link to other websites, government sources, partners and social media. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse a site or service.

8. Donations and payments

ORBE Allende does not currently accept donations or payments through this website and cannot issue charitable tax receipts. Anyone requesting money in the name of ORBE Allende through another channel is not authorized unless we confirm it in writing. If in doubt, contact us at hello@orbeallende.org.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. Immigration rules, programs and requirements change often. We do not guarantee that the website is complete, current, error-free or uninterrupted.
