Is this consultation provided by ORBE Allende?
No. It is provided by Sterna Global Immigration Inc., a licensed immigration consulting firm. ORBE Allende is a community initiative and does not provide immigration services. Our co-founder Gina Marcela Salinas is the licensed consultant at Sterna, and we disclose this so you can choose freely.
Is it really free?
Yes. The 15-minute initial consultation is complimentary for ORBE Allende followers. If you want further help, Sterna will explain services and fees and give you a written Retainer Agreement before any paid work begins.
Does booking mean Sterna represents me?
No. You are only represented after signing a written Retainer Agreement. Until then, you remain responsible for your deadlines.
My hearing or deadline is very close. What should I do?
Mention it in the booking form and write to us on WhatsApp right away. Some deadlines, such as submitting documents to the IRB, may need immediate action.
Who sees my booking information?
Only Sterna Global Immigration. Your booking is handled through Sterna’s Google Calendar and is not shared with ORBE Allende. See the agreement and our Privacy Policy.
