Who we are
Founded by two professionals with backgrounds in immigration, law, legal support, business, and community education, our initiative seeks to connect people with the knowledge, resources, and professional networks they need to pursue opportunities beyond borders.
Based in Alberta, Canada, ORBE Allende is being developed as a nonprofit organization with an international mission. Our long-term vision is to collaborate with government agencies, educational institutions, qualified professionals, community organizations, and funding partners to make essential services more accessible to individuals and families experiencing financial or systemic barriers.
Migration involves much more than immigration applications. It also involves employment, education, financial independence, emotional well-being, cultural adaptation, and digital security. That is why ORBE Allende takes a multidisciplinary approach to community empowerment.
Although our roots are in Alberta, our vision extends beyond Canada.

The people behind ORBE Allende
Gina Marcela Salinas
Co-Founder · Immigration, Legal Education & International Relations
Gina Marcela Salinas is a Colombian-qualified lawyer, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, and international business professional with an MBA, with experience in immigration, business, and professional services.
She is pursuing further studies in rhetoric and public speaking, strengthening her commitment to education, leadership, and effective communication. As the founder of Sterna Global Immigration, she has supported individuals, families, and businesses with immigration matters. Her vision for ORBE Allende is to make reliable information and professional assistance more accessible while creating an international platform for education, dialogue, and community empowerment.
Carmen Sanchez
Co-Founder · Legal Support & Digital Safety
Carmen Sanchez is a paralegal professional who is further developing her expertise in cybersecurity. Her background in legal support and growing knowledge of digital security contribute to ORBE Allende’s multidisciplinary approach to migrant education and community protection.
She is particularly interested in helping individuals recognize online risks, protect their personal information, and become more informed about fraud, digital identity, and safe online practices.
Together, the founders seek to build an organization where professional knowledge becomes a resource for community empowerment.
